Dengue and malaria mosquitoes bite a person in daylight and it takes about 4 to 13 days for symptoms to appear. It affects RBCs and platelets.
Some of the common symptoms of malaria and dengue are Headache, General weakness, Severe muscle pain, Lower back pain, Gradual fever, Chills, Nausea, Vomiting, Cough, Diarrhoea, Dengue fever, also known as break-bone fever.
What should we do to prevent dengue and malaria?

Consuming it twice a day gives very quick relief, drink vegetable juice, drink herbal tea, for this you can make and consume tea containing cinnamon and ginger. If you want, you can also use basil, black pepper and cloves. Drinking herbal tea brings freshness to the mind and brain.
