This comes two days after India had failed Pakistan's similar attempt at the South Asian Speakers’ Summit in the Maldives, saying Islamabad should put an end to all state support to terrorism, which is the “biggest threat” to humanity.

In yet another embarrassment for Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan, their lawyer Khawar Qureshi at the International Court of Justice admitted that there is no significant evidence to back its claims of genocide in Kashmir.

"We condemn the irresponsible remarks and tweets by Pakistani leaders on matters internal to India," said foreign ministry spokesperson Raveesh Kumar, referring to Pakistani ministers making threats following the government's decision to end special status to Jammu and Kashmir and split it into two union territories.

Pakistan has been trying all possible ways to make the Kashmir issue international, after India scrapped Article 370 that gave special status to Jammu and Kashmir.

Former Congress President Rahul Gandhi cleared his views on Kashmir and asserted that while he disagrees with the way government is handling situation in Kashmir, he wants to make it loud and clear that Kashmir is India's internal issue and violence in Jammu and Kashmir is instigated by Pakistan.

The statements came after Pakistan failed to put a point against India's decision to scrap Article 370 of Indian constitution at the United Nation Security Council earlier this month.

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and other 11 leader who landed today at the Srinagar Airport were sent back to Delhi, reported news agency ANI.

The announcement comes four days after the United Nation Security Council (UNSC) held a closed-door meeting to discuss India's move.
