Voice Control in Tata Motors SUVs: Amazon Alexa partnership

Delhi : Tata Motors and Amazon have announced a partnership to introduce Alexa to their lineup of SUVs. The voice assistant may now be found in the Harrier, Safari, Nexon, and Nexon.ev.

Using straightforward voice commands, customers may operate certain automobile features with Amazon's Alexa speech assistant. Consumers may ask Alexa to modify the interior temperature, the airflow settings, the screen brightness, open or cover the sunroof, and to turn on the 360-degree camera in Hindi, English, or Hinglish.

Customers may also play games, ask for jokes, listen to Shayaris, enjoy music, or listen to audiobooks on Audible with Alexa Built-in. In addition, Alexa may be used for calling and receiving, managing shopping and to-do lists, hearing the news, setting reminders, and Amazon purchasing.

The newest SUV lineup from Tata Motors has touchscreen infotainment systems. The 10.25-inch touchscreen on the Nexon and Nexon.ev is smaller than the 12.3-inch display on the newly released Harrier and Safari.
