1. Boil a glass of milk and add one spoon of turmeric (haldi) and one spoon of ghee in it. Let it cool down a little and drink it before you go to bed. Turmeric is known to have medicinal properties and has antibacterial, antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties.
2. The best desi home remedy is kadha. Add some finely chopped ginger, mulethi, cinnamon, tulsi and mint leaves in 3 glasses of boiling water and then let it cool down. Drain it and put it in a bottle and drink 2 sips everyday.
3. A cup of ginger lemon tea can be very beneficial for your health. Throw in some finely chopped pieces of ginger in boiling water and half a spoon of tea leaves. Bring it to a boil and drain it in a cup and add 3-4 drops of lemon juice and some honey to taste.
4. Mix one spoon of ashwagandha powder and one spoon of honey in a glass of warm milk and drink it everyday in the morning as soon as you wake up. This helps in boosting your immune system.
