Video: Eiffel Tower lights up for Ukraine

New Delhi : Ukraine is currently facing war with Russia and many nations are showing their solidarity with Ukraine in its fight. On Friday night Eiffel Tower was lit in the colours of Ukraine flag.

A social media user shared a small clip of the Eiffel tower from a nearby boat. Check out the video below:

The Eiffel Tower often changes colours to make notable events. The government has strongly condemned the Russian aggression on Ukraine. President Emmanuel Macron has asked for a diplomatic push to avoid violence in Ukraine.

Meanwhile, Ukraine president Volodymyr Zelenskyy spoke to PM Modi on Saturday urging a political support at UNSC after India abstained from vote against Russian aggression.
